ARTFEST 2008 Fair Park, Dallas Texas The 39th annual ARTFEST will be held on Memorial Day Weekend, 2008. The festival features hundreds of artists from around the country, food, entertainment, and children's interactive area (ARTFEST for Kids). Friday May 23 Winestroll Preview Party 6-9pm $20 at the gate, includes weekend pass and complimentary wine tasting and appetizers. Advance tickets can be purchased at Tom Thumb for $15 beginning May 5.
